Do we need to mention immovable assets too in Sponsorship letter for SP?

I was told we need to mention the property valuation too in sponsorship letter? But I feel I should only mention Liquid funds and annual income since these are only relevant .

It is your choice. Liquid funds are the most important. Annual income (if yours) is not important because you would be studying in Canada. Income is not funds and not reliable. As for property if it is in your name then go ahead and include. There is no such thing as sponsorship for a study permit.
