Do we need apply for a TRV after BOWP?

I just submitted BOWP application.
Just wondering if we need apply for a Temporary Resident Visa after get the work permit? How?
Will be going to a border service to get the TRV?

BTW, My current TRV is expiring in June as well as the current WP.

If you don't plan to leave and re-enter then you won't need to apply for TRV.

You mean I need submit a TRV application after get the BOWP?
Previously I got the TRV along with the WP. I don't know if it's different for this time.
