Hi guys, I have a kind of tricky case in counting the 3 years of foreign work experience and I really need your help even after searching information from RICC.
I work as a tutor in an educational company/private school for about 3-4 years (outside the national education system so a teacher’s certification is not required and I don’t have one). I am still looking for my NOC but it should be under category A.

My year 1: full-time contract, 35hrs/week. This part is easy to count.
My year 2-3: same NOC, full-time contract but don’t need to work every day, working hours unfixed for every week, sometimes 35hrs, sometimes 15-20 hrs depending on the courses schedules (I take specific working records). And I have LONG summer and winter academic vacations (about 9 weeks per year) when students don’t have class. I have fixed monthly salary plus bonus even during vacation.
My year 4: switch to “part-time contract”, same NOC, same task, same long academic vacation. Salary has reduced a bit but I am still paid monthly even during vacation. So basically the major difference from previous year is that my company doesn’t buy social and medical insurance for me, that is the so-called “part-time contract”.

Now I have some concerns and question that bother me:
1. I know how RICC define and count full time job and I know that I need to accumulate my working hours and I also know that hours more than 30 in a week don't count. Based on my records, if all of my vacations count as 30hrs/week (both for my full-time and part-time contract), I can reach 4680 hours which equals 3 full-time years in the middle of the forth year. So am I right? Can all of my paid vacations count as full-time status (aka 30hrs/week)? Will lack of insurance affect anything? I know RICC sais "reasonable vacation" so I am so concern since mine is so long...
2. I am thinking maybe I can attach a detailed list of my working hours as they are too complicated to explain in one sentence? But should I mention those vacations in LOR or the list? (I feel like I don’t want to emphasize the vacations too much since they are long...)
3. About NOC, if a similar teaching job in Canada requires a certificate or relavant educational background but not required in my country, is it ok that I still use that NOC, as long as I fit most of the description?

Thank you so much! I appreciate any help!
