Do i still need to create a profile in job bank?

Hi,
i just submitted an express entry profile and when filling the form, was asked if i have a valid job offer in canada which i answered yes.
but checking my application details/profile status, i have job bank registration showing up as pending instead of not applicable.

Please advcise.

Yes, You have to register in job bank regardless of your job status.

You don't need to register job bank only if you have LMIA/LMO.

Having a job but not LMO/LMIA is treated the same as not having a job.
