I got AOR and based on that I recently applied for BOWP for me and my wife.
When I was creating BOWP application I uploaded all the forms and documents for me and my wife as one application. SO I assume one LOE(contains AOR as well) would be sufficient between two of us.
However after I submitted application it created as two separate application one for me and one for my wife, and when I checked my wife's application it doesn't contain LOE which has AOR with it.
so should I be creating CSE and upload AOR for my wife's application or both application will be processed by same VO because her application is actually under spouse application and I am primary applicant.
In the past I applied for an extension permit with spouse attached. The account generate two applications. When a refused decision was made it was only sent to MY application whereas the spouse one was left open. 6 months later that one was finally refused as I believe it became separated from mine.
You could raise a CSE with both application numbers linking them and just mentioning that you're not sure if both should have LOE's attached. I wouldn't worry too much though.

yes I think I will submit CSE and attach AOR. with both application number. So even in future if they rejected application saying AOR missing I can have this as backup confirmation.
