do i need to submit a passport photo with the new IRCC portal? will submitting it via a webform slow down my application?

i used the new ircc portal not the GCkey.

okay so i’ve submitted my study permit application.

i’ve also submitted my passport photo in a webform. (as there was no option to upload it in the portal)

but now i realise the photo is the wrong size. (i didn’t go to a v reliable photographer)


if i were to submit another photo w another webform, will it slow down my application? since the immigration officers will see 2 unopened webforms and not want to process my permit right away.

i don’t even know whether i need a photo for the new IRCC portal.
