Do I need to send in the Police Clearance certificate along with the application for CIC or can it be sent at a later stage ?

If you are filing the application by the regular application process you should sent the police clearance certificate along with the application. For simplified application, I think you can send it later when requested

What do you mean by "regular application process " or "simplified application" here
