Do I need to retake IELTS test ?? PLEASE HELP!

Hi Pals,
My IELTS score is

Listening=5.5,
Reading=4.5,
Writing=4.5,
Speaking=6.0
Overall=5.0

I gained my work experience in Canada in a NOC B job.

Am i eligible to "Apply for Canadian Experience Class" or Do i need to retake my IELTS test??

I hope someone can help me.

If you are applying in 2013 refer to the cec application instructions / guide on the cic website. It covers ielts scores in detail.

And yes, you need to retake. You'll need a minimum of 5 in writing.

Hi John For CEC you need to approve each section by itself, (the overall doesnt work), the scores should be at least L5 R4 W5 S5 your score is
Listening=5.5,
Reading=4.5,
Writing=4.5,
Speaking=6.0
so Im toby is right because the writing section is not helping you, and need to retake the test, regards!
