I study at Concordia right now and My CAQ expires on 30th November and I'll be done with my Masters in December so is there really a need to reapply for CAQ?
Contact your schools international office for guidance, I don't know the rule but personally I would extend it especially of you have any other plans in Canada such as a work permit, PR etc.
