As per VO instructions, we got to submit:
Original passport, along with any old expired passports, for you and your accompanying family members after all of the above documentation has been procured. You should retain a photocopy of the picture page of your passport in case further medical exams are required. The picture in the passport for a child under 6 years of age must have been taken within the last 3 years; for a child between the ages of 7 and 18, within the last 5 years. Do not submit your passport until after completing your medical examination as you will need your passport for identification at the medical examination.
For my kid - the passport issue date is just a couple of months over the 3 years window although the passport is valid for another few years. Will I need get her passport re-issued? Please share your thoughts.
