PP Request - ND

Hi All,

I received PP request from ND.I need suggestion from seniors regarding passport picture of my kid.
My 4 yrs old PP was issued in 2009 December and it is valid till 2014.

As per PP request document it says

"The picture in the passport for a child under 6 years of age must have been taken within the last 3 years. The
picture in the passport for a child between the ages of 7 and 18 must have been taken within the last 5 years."

What do i do now as the picture is 3.6 yr old?

Never heard earlier before, only photos can be understand
Passport are valid for 5 yrs for kids, photos can 3yrs old

do as they say man... dont risk... apply tatkal passport...

The problem is India passports are renewed before 1 yr validity.My kid has a validity of 1 1/2 years more.

typo....read as "are not renewed when validity is more than 1 year"...

if you mention the reason as "Appearance change" then you can renew your kids passport
