I am applying for OINP after receiving a PT letter of interest from Ontario.

They need copies of my passport , IELTS test results, and all of my study/work permits.

Do I need to certify (certified true copies) passport, study/work permits,and IELTS copies?

well I got all of them certified by Notary except the letter Intention to reside in ON. I sent my package on 16th. hope they get before Christmas.
