Do i need to apply for new Poloce checks

I applied for police checks from NZ and England last year when i applied for my IEC visa. But I am now applying for PR and it is asking for them again. They both dont have an expiry date on them but they are over a year old. I havnt been back in those countries since receiving them (except for a 2 week holiday in England right before coming to Canada) would they still be valid or is it best to get new ones?

Usually they are valid 12 months for immigration, so youd need new ones

New one for England, NZ is OK.
