Dear fellows I had submitted my application for work permit , due to confusion in application process I just selected wrong option in application questionnaire, I submitted my work permit application (post graduate) instead of work permit application (LIMA exempted) for my post doc job. I also done with bio-metric test. Since three weeks passed I did not got any reply. Mean while I just realized i submitted wrong application , I submitted all required documents for LIMA exempted work permit through web-form . Do i need to submit a new application or i should wait CIC can accommodate application difference by them selves. I submitted my application on 18th October and still waiting. I was done with medical before application by cic physician . please suggest me what should i do as last date to join lab is very close

I would recommend to contact CIC inmediately by phone, email or through the case specific Enquiry site.
Fill the proper application correctly, adding a letter of explanation, include all the documents again, probably you should pay fees again and claim return later
