Please tell me do I need canadian police certificate

Or they might ask later if they needs


Or if I send canadian police certificate with my application it may will be more faster my application processing

Wait for them they have internal system if CIC find something as same name like you than they send you request for RCMP if not than no need if. Wait for CIC request.

You don't have to include CANADA pcc .
if in future they will required CIC will ask for RCMP .(it's not mandatory they ask for all applicant)
