Your question is not clear,
Have you already applied for the PR and have an AOR?
Was the PCC that you submitted with the PR application valid, i.e. included the last USA visit before you applying?
If you travelled to the USA after AOR, IRCC shouldn't care. But on the other hand if the travel was before AOR most agent tend to reject it. If I were you I would get a new FBI PCC and send it by a Webform before they spot this.
Not yet submitted. I just got my PCC from USA but I have travel plan for my offsite for 4 days in USA itself and I’m still waiting my another PCC from India and till then I can’t submit it.
I connected to local agent and he told me that if I’m not saying for 4 months or longer, I don’t need another PCC. But multiple people saying different stories. Some people told me to get another PCC and some told me that I don’t need it

The agent you mention I assume is RCIC who is a qualified immigration profession and gets paid for the advice he is giving you, he should be telling you something I would assume that is correct. None of us like in these forums are professionals. What I told you is rule of thumb I have read that PCC is outdated the moment you visit the same country again. But RCIC knows better.
I concur with @Lord_Tony , none of us can tell you for sure what is the best course. However to be safe, if I were you, I would get a new PCC in case there is travel.
