Do I need a police certificate?

Hi Guys,

I asked for an FBI police certificate but I'm starting to wonder if I really need it. It says you need it for places you lived for more than 6 months.

I lived and worked for 5 months and 2 weeks in the US, then went back to my home country.

I went back for a 3 weeks vacation the year after that.

Do CIC count vacation the same way as living in a country. aka do they think I stayed 6 months and 1 week?

Yes you need a PCC from FBI. Your total time in USA will be counted as 6 months and 1 week.
