@Amrit
The documents you have listed seem to be good.
Is it possible for you to get a letter from the HR that you were on leave during your marriage period. You must have submitted a leave application for marriage+honeymoon. If in such an application you have mentioned marriage as the reason for leave... bingo.... that makes it more good. Can your HR dept give you a copy of it and attach it to their letter saying that you had applied for leave during so and so period and the same was granted. This may add a little more weight to your documents.
Is your wife also invited for the interview?
All the best. Keep us updated.

Just to add, you will be asked to wait for an hour or 2 after your interview on that day if your interview is in the morning. During this period, your visas will be stamped and you will receive your passports.
Congrats in advance!

Trust me it won't take long. Often a few minutes from what I have heard from folks. Just make sure yourself and your wife are both on the same page regarding your marriage as this is mainly why they want to see your faces. Hopefully there would be no cross interview! I say this because I am married and very recently, I was discussing my marriage ceremony experience with someone and alas, I could not remember the name of the church where we were joined! I was embarrassed. Then my colleague who I was discussing with told me if that happened to me in a visa interview, i probably would have been denied. This is the kind of thing you need to watch. Maybe I am justified to have forgotten - been 6yrs!

No not at all, both of you should just agree on exactly what you want, tell it to God in prayer, believe your prayer has been answered and attend the interview boldly in faith. YOU WILL BE FINE!
Hi, amritsinghqa, do not worry if your marriage is genuine.
In our country, a lot of Canada immigration applicants under FSW have also been asked to provide additional documents to support their marriage, mostly due to the following reasons, in my opinion:
1. The applicants are recently married, usually less than half a year or so before they submit their application.
2. The principal applicants claim crucial points from their spouse without which their application will not be eligible.
3. The couple have been living separately after their marriage. Usually the husband was working or studying in another country and the wife is residing in their native country.
I'm not sure if the situation is the same in your country. But if the VO was not satisfied with the evidence provided by the applicants, they will arrange an interview.
I think a lot of applicants did get passed if they provided ample evidence about their marriage that satisfied their visa officer. I think that the most persuasive proof are that you have been living together after your marriage and financial support to each other, such as the conntract of renting an apartment with both your name on it, your neibougher as a witness of your living in the same house together, the bills you paid together, joint account, evidence that you are supporting your wife financially, and so on.
Sincerely with you good luck in your interview!

Thank you for ur supoort.. i have claimed 5 points for my wife's Education ... That can be a reason... Also at the time of submission of passport and medical.. CHC have asked us to submit marriage photographs.... we did a small Mistake at that time... we submitted just one PIC of my marriage .. i could have submited many Photographs... so that they could have been convinced of our marriage.... Now i have to go through the INTERVIEW process.... i wish they they simply question me on my Marriage and not on other things... Lets c ...how it goes...

The new rule is not going to effect your case in any way.

Hi Guys,
i am consufused about something.. I have applied for FSW and everything was going on very smoothly... i had submitted my Medicals and Passport and RPRF as well... After 3 months of submission , when eveything was going good for me... i suddenly got a letter from CHC to attend an INT....I am Not afraid of attending INT.. However just wanted to know in case my application is Rejected ... will i get a chance to appeal... or the Game is Over for me...Or what other Options do i Have....
Regards
Amrit
You have been invited for an interview, why are you thinking of rejection and a chance to appeal? Why can't you focus on the interview itself? If you create a ground for rejection you will be rejected. Keep your chin up and be positive until the end...

Be aware that beside yourself, nothing can stop your dreams. Do no shake, be consistent and your dreams will come a reality.
HI Qurox,
One Last Question from my Side....I have colleted all my pics and everthing in a Portable Hard disk.. now my question is :-
1) Is portable hard disk allowed inside Visa Office
2) will i get a Laptop from Embassy where i can connect it and show all the Pics to VO.
3) Can i take my own Laptop and connect it and show it to VO..
I have close to 1000 pics which includes my marriage , pre marriage, post marriage pics such as Honeymoon... Etc..
Or Sugest something even better , and convinient..
Regards
Amrit
