I am looking to apply for study visa in Canada.I got admission in bachelor of science degree in memorial university of Newfoundland but the issue is that my marks in Maths were not good they were only 33.My overall percent in 12th is 62 percent and in 10th 72 percent.I have paid the university fees but I am really worried at this point about whether applying for the visa is worth it or not.I feel like I should do my bachelors in India and after improving my grades then I should apply. If My student visa gets rejected,Will it effect my visa application to other countries in future?
will that effect my application negatively when applying to other country?Do germany and Canada share visa refusals?.Do you think I should apply or not?.
Assume that Canada shares visa refusals with other western countries. It's something the visa officer will consider, it isn't always a black mark. It will just be considered.
If Canada is where you want to study and you think you can overcome your marks and have an otherwise strong profile, you should apply. Write a strong SOP.

That's not what I'm saying. I'm saying that you won't know unless you apply.
You need to check with your own university. It's very unlikely they will refund you fees if you just change your mind - they may ask for evidence of a refused visa. Or they may not.
You should still apply if you think you have a chance and if Canada is where you really want to study. If you actually want to study in countries other than Canada, and Canada was just an option for you, then maybe don't apply.

I do want to study in Canada but I feel like I should not take the risk Because If I do not get visa The rejection will also affect my profile when I will try to apply for other countries in future.Canada is my top priority but I have other option too like Germany and Newzealand after doing my bachelors.I think its better to be safe than sorry.
Jass refusal is not an end, if your application is refused then you can re apply with strong application by overcoming the deficiencies of the previous ones. Be positive and all the best!
