I am divorced.
I have a child of dependent age.
Terms of the divorce was
1) No need to pay alimony.
2) No need to pay child support
3) Lose all parental rights of my child and can never meet him again.
Now have my ITA.
Should I be mentioning that I have a child but unaccompanying for the above reason or should I just leave him out.
Note: I do not have any documents of my child with me right now. If I need to add him to the application.

It's mandatory to mention the child. Failure to do so is misrepresentation and can result in your application being approved and a 5 year ban. You should list the child as non-accompanying and then include proof (court documents) showing you have no access to the child and cannot have the child complete a medical. You should also include a letter stating that you understand you will never be able to sponsor your child for PR in the future.
