My wife has completed her MCA(3year) by distance education from a university which is there in WES list.
Is distance education degree vaild?
I will be the principal applicant,i want to included my wife's education credentials to earn some extra points.

yes it's valid, an ECA will have to be done though in case the institution/degree isn't recognized. (my one year distance education diploma was evaluated as bachelor 4 years )

I've been looking for som1 with similar background , I hold Maîtrise M1 Droit , Economie , Gestion - Mention Management from France , recently sent it to WES , do u have any idea what could possibly be the equivalent of it ?? Appreciate ur answer , Thanks.
P.S : I tried WES equivalency tool , it's not very accurate as u may know.

While filling the WES questionnaire , i chose diplome de maitrise , not mastere , is that an issue ?
Honestly my certificate clearly states Maitrise .
also its considered Bac+4 (4 yrs study) not 5 , idk how can that be Masters , how long did u study to earn ur Maitrise ? Is it M1 or M2 ?

im expecting bachelors and total will be 2+ certificates at the leastbut fingers crossed.

Mine is Poitiers .
So my guess was right .. im thinking of choosing "Two or more certs" while waiting for the ECA .

you don't choose that option anyways. you will have to put your diploma one by one.

Its because i have another bachelor, the french one will be also bachelor at least , hence i have high estimation that i'll be two certs ..

there's no such thing as two or more. this is just for the initial estimation. you will get a diploma by diploma eca and you will add them one by one. whether both are recognized will be calculated by the system.
