Discrepancy between CRS score between EE & PR profile with same data

Hello everyone, I received ITA based on the Express Entry profile created where my CRS was 471. Now when I was filling up next step that is PR application, I used exact same data, but my CRS is getting increased to 478, what should I do?
Details:
My latest qualification is MBA from Nirma University, so options I selected are:
Level of Education: Master's
Level of Education in ECA: One year diploma (because WES rated it as one year diploma)

Based on this, in Express Entry Profile, I got score of 128 in education and overall CRS score of 471.

But with exact same data, in Permanent Residence application, I am getting score of 135 in education and overall CRS score of 478..What should I do?

Should I select One year diploma in both the options instead of what I have selected as shown above?
