Disappointing News for Dec, Jan, Feb and march applicants : No resubmission !!

same happened to me with saskatchewan program only one of my document were missing and it was an honest mistake they just returned my application and said you can resubmit once it ll reopen. I mean one document really?

you are lucky. Even OINP should have done that. Given him chance to resubmit in November when it reopens.

Guys , on the wake of this , I spoke to OINP operator about my new passport. I had only attached front and back pages of my new passport when I sent the additional document . Now they confirmed that I have to send all the pages .

What if we only have 1 passport and have no previous passport ?? It says on the guide that we have to send an old passport if your current passport is less than 2 years old.

Someone can try to call them and ask about status. The person can look into your profile and tell whether it's been reviewed or not.

When I called on Wed, I got a reply saying that my application is looked up and accepted as complete and wait for few weeks for an acknowledgment letter.

I am confident that the guy was lying as he verified my whole name by looking into my profile.


PS: I am CEC inland, submitted personally on 6th Jan.

You just need to send all pages of the passport you have. dont worry about the old passport clause since you only have one.

Assume an applicant inadvertently forgot to send one, two, or more pages of passport, or some document, or it could be misplaced at their office.

After 6 or 7 months the applicant is informed that his application packet is returned.

As I understand there is no chance to submit missing docs within 30 days the missing docs.

It's indeed a very pathetic situation. God bless us All. :'( :'(

This is indeed disappointing... I don't know what to say.

But know that everything happens for a reason. When God closes a door, it means He will open another one.
