can someone tell if you managed to get the transcript from the State board of Technical Education Kerala? and share me the procedure ?

I got it visiting the centre in Trivandrum. WES gave only 12 equivalent though l did diploma after my 12th.

They did not accept courier/postal charges, I was told that they will only send via air mail, which seems to be regular post without tracking

Hai guys. Now the fee for verification and search fee has been increased. Today i went trivandrum and applied for the transcript to be sent to wes. Now verification fee is 1300 and search fee is 130 ruppees.
