Please Help me, I couldn't get this information ANYWHERE.
I have 4 years experience as restaurant supervisor. My duties match those described by NOC for 0631 category, but my position is not listed. Am I gonna qualify? Is "restaurant supervisor" same as "dining establishment managing supervisor?" i.e the title changes from country to country.
How does this actually work? Do they go by employer letter from HR? Because if so, HR is gonna give me just one sentence statement with my name and position. But my immediate boss, is willing to write the detail employment letter, regarding my duties which fits NOC 0631.

I worked in Fairmont hotel's restaurant for 4 years as a Restaurant supervisor, and did all the job required under 0631. So as an employment verification document what do I need to submit to canadian immigration. Is that a letter from my boss stating my duties? Or just my position?
I was thinking about providing letter from HR that states my position and date of service..........and letter from my boss stating my duties?
