My girlfriend got CoPR in March 2020 and it expired in Sept 2020, Meanwhile, we got married in November and raised the Webform to include myself in her application. In the response to the Webform IRCC directed her to write to CPC Ottawa which she did the next day.
Surprisingly IRCC recently sends the VISA extension letter this Feb 2021 to her and CPC Ottawa didn't respond yet (except once when they asked for basic details for me).
Meanwhile, I also got ITA in December Independently (with the status of a non-accompanying spouse).
Now the problem is that the validity of her letter is till Feb 21. What do you suggest over this case?
Should I apply for PR independently or it will be a misrepresentation?
What should we do when IRCC is not responding over the inclusion of Spouse in her application and she has a deadline to land before Feb according to the extension letter given by IRCC?
