Hi,

My cousin sister has applied for PR (express entry ITA received, application submitted in Feb-2021, no PPR yet)
She is the primary applicant, and her spouse is secondary.
Recently, their marriage has broken down, and they are separated. But her spouse does not want to proceed with the PR application anymore.
What are the options here?
Her ITA came in last draw that happened in Dec 2020 for FSW. Since then no draw has happened for this category.

Any suggestions?
