June 24,2014 To God be the glory! PR CARD received: August 22, 2014 (exactly 60 days after landing)! Son's PR card arrived August 27, 2014 (exactly 65 days after landing)
Does anybody here travelled outside Canada with a passport under married name and Pr card under maiden name? Have you encountered problems? Do you need to bring marriage certificate for proof that you're the same person?

My passport is in my maiden name and my pr (now citizenship card)is in my ex husbands name and I'm remarried now never had any issues, immigration has access to the history so they should already know. I don't plan on changing anytime since it's all about money money money

Does anyone have any updates on this issue? I have a similar situation. My old passport had all my names together in one section and that's how my current PR card is. But I got the name on my passport changed so it is split up as first and last names. My PR card has all my names in the last name section, so I'm wondering if this will impact my return to Canada upon international travel. I am unable to reach IRCC via phone/webform/email.

Likely not an issue. Keep the old passport with you, and gather as many supporting documents as possible to prove you are the same person. If you can get an official letter from your country mentioning that this has been changed that would be a plus.
The travel decision would be in the hands of the airline company so call them and check. The entry once you reach Canada should be smooth. Once you are in Canada though, you should apply for a new PR card with the corrected info. Nothing more than the old passport and the new passport would be needed, but double check the requirements just in case.
