Hello everyone

I'm currently sponsoring my girlfriend under the family class - common law partner outside of Canada, and for proof of current cohabitation I'm planning to submit a copy of our joint bank account contract + our rental contract + some bills that have our address on it.

Our problem is that the joint bank account contract seems to have a different postal code than the one on the bills (Bank one is - - - - 4, while the other documents one is - - - - 0, so only the last digit is different)

The rest of the address information is the same in all of the documents

Would this be a big issue on our application?

Thanks in advance!

Shouldn't be an issue. You can can explain it and get a letter or statement from the bank with the correct postal code.

You should probably fix the postal code anyways, you don't want notices to go missing. Use Canada Post's website to verify which is correct.
