Difference in CRS and EE score

Hi there,
I am an international graduate with an open work permit. I have 1 year experience in NOC B job. When I calculate my points on CRS calculator it shows 484 including 50 points of job offer. I have a job offer but it is not a LMIA. After creating my profile, Score got dropped to 434. It does not add 50 points of my job offer. What Should I do? I would really appreciate your help.

Thank you for your reply. Then How can I Improve my score. My Language score is 133. I don't have a bachelor's degree. My BCPNP EE score is 92. Could you please suggest me what should i do?
