They just had another Express Entry draw today for CEC (the program I am eligible for)…The CRS cut-off was 449 however my score CRS is 491, and I have not received an ITA yet.
I am a little worried, and not sure what this means? Did I not get selected despite my score being well beyond the cut-off?
Any help in this would be greatly appreciated!
UPDATE: I received my ITA!! Thank you everyone for your help
I was also curious about this too... I didn't know there was a date cut off for when you had to enter the pool in order to be drawn. Is there somewhere on the IRCC website that tells you when you had to have submitted yourself in the EE pool by before each draw??

There is no information set in stone like a calendar for draws and cut-off dates. But when a draw happens, IRCC will give some information (like min. CRS score, number of invites, etc) including the date when they took a snap-shot picture of candidates in the pool to give ITAs to. It’s usually a 2-3 days before a round of invitation, but it depends. It can sometimes be a week before or just the day before (have a look at the previous rounds of invitations to get a more precise idea of the cut-off dates).
