CRS above cut off - DEC 06

Hello Everyone,

CIC announced a draw today. The cut off score is 452.

My crs score is 477 but I cannot see ITA in my account. I created the EE profile on Dec 2, 2017

There was some tie breaker rule applied for this draw, I am not sure I understand it, can someone plz explain.

Also will I receive an ITA in this draw??

If your profile file is accepted, then you should get your ITA today.

Tie break rule only applies for the applicants with the score 452.
if your score is 452 and if you submitted your profile before other who have the same scores you will get the invite first util the 2750 invitation have completed.
If your score if above 452 you will receive your invite anyway.
