I also applied in 2007 and received the same letter with exactly the same contents (60 days) in 2008. And that was the last letter or contact CIC London made with me. I am also waiting. I "may" receive a"DU" letter sometime in 2009.Then again the waiting will start. Then I will receive "Medicals" if everything goes well. After that another waiting period will start.
