I applied in Sep.2013 and no response from local office, almost 3 months after locar file transfer.

Worried.

Why are you worried? I mean what can you do regardless of the outcome?

Call the CIC and check the status with them. If they send you an RQ, just take the bullet and send the required documents. You have nothing to hide right?

I also assume you're more frustrated than worried. Correct?
