Did any recieve application update notification on 6th June but with no updates

Hi
Folks I have applied for express entry and have 407 points <not great I know> I received an email from CIC on 6th june saying my application was updated but when i logged in there was no change at all. Have others also recieved such an update? Any idea what is CIC upto? Defintely after the last draw with points crossing 700+ there is no way an ITA is coming anytime soon so no idea what happened.

This is a common issue and there are a lot of threads relating to it on this forum. It seems that when an officer accesses an application, and likely makes an internal update to it (such as maybe - application officially received or seen) and then moves to the next, something administration related, the system prompts the applicant that a change has been made. I wouldn't fret about it, there is no way of knowing what update was made, when CIC wants to have an official exchange with you, you will receive a message.

I got the same email on 6th. There were no updates listed on the message page , however my scores got updated. Check your points too.
