Designation different as per company

I have applied under NOC 0213 (Information system manager). But my company provided designation is Information system analyst. The employement verification letter also says Information Technology Analyst. Will that be a problem?

Job title is not important at all. CIC looks into applicant's job descriptions. If your job descriptions match with any of the 38 NOC list you have a chance to be processed further.

Of course it will be a problem, you employer says you are not a manager, so CHC is probably going to take the attitude that you are not a manager.

But my organization doesn't have and Manager designation.
After Information Technology analyst it promotes to consultant level.
All managers are either analyst or consultant.

if you are a manager, your job description will say that you have managing responsibilities.

VIKAKUMA22 you must explain CIC that although your job title is not manager but your responsibilities are managerial and you lead people. If CIC is convinced, that will be very positive for you.
