I am new to Canada immigration (Skilled Labor, Federal), but have read quite a lot on cic.gc.ca and have also gone through the forms.
I have been performing 75% of the duties mentioned in the Minesterial list for 0213 (Computer and Information Systems Manager), but my designation in my previous company was IT Consultant. I want to use this experience to qualify for 0213. I was performing the duties of a Manager in the last 1 year of employment with this designation, even though my tile did not include the word 'Manager'. For example, I had junior consultants reporting to me and I was doing project management.
So, my question is that can I still use my experience as 'IT Consultant' to qualify for 'Computer and Information Systems Manager'?

So for Q11 (Your work experience) in the 'Econimic Classes - Federal Skilled Workers' form, what should I write in the Occupation column. Should this be my official designation (IT Consultant), or the Occupation name on NOC (Computer and Information Systems Manager).
There doesn't seem to be enough space to write the complete NOC occupation description, but I can fit in 'Comp & Info System Mgr'.

If I worked with similar job responsiblities with two different employers and they come under the same NOC (eg. 2171), should I combine them into one in the Q11 on the form, or should I split them up by company? I am thinking to split because, I will have to submit employment letters, etc. and it seems to be easier to match the list in Q11 with the company letters.
