DESCRIBING MY MAIN DUTIES

Hi guys, I am new here in the forum.

I am now in the process of filling up the initial application form. I will submit it on my own as agents are a little bit expensive. I am confuse as to how to fill the Economic classes FSW - Q# 11 work experience. In the form there are only 5 rows for the description. How can I put all my duties in 5 rows? Could somebody help please, how to do it? How detailed is the job description? Shall I leave it blank and instead attached additional form?

i would add additional sheets in the same format. and mention "additional sheet attached" on the appl form.

this is what i say to everyone:

1. when u r filling in the forms, do not think that u r filling a initial application, fill the forms as if u were sending them to both CIO & Local CHC. this way, u don't have to fill the same forms twice. when they ask u to submit full docs to Local CHC, just photocopy the forms u sent to Local CHC & sign underneath every page.


2. So, when u r filling in job duties, think that u will be sending the same sheet to Local CHC. so, start writing in the 1st 3 rows, leave 4th row blank, on the 5th row write ''see additional sheet No. 1''. when u write in the additional sheet, 1st put No.1 on the top right hand corner as u have stated this number in the main sheet & then carry on with all the job duties that u do. remember, the most important thing, if u r applyting undr FSW1, is ur job duties. if the IO at CIO is not happy with ur job duties, he/she will refuse & return the whole pack.

@shibleebd - I am applying for FSW 1111. If you don't mind can you share to me how you did your job description? A sample would really help me, I want to submit my application in the way that CIO will approve it and not waste precious time and money.

Please add additional sheets and write your name and form name on top of each sheet and describe your job duties in detail

Hello meanne ,

When I filled my initial application I did not mention a detailed description of my duties and responsibilities.I just put a short description of duties in five or six sentences. I used an instruction guide form (IMM EG7000 (04-2009) when i fill my application. So far, every thing is fine with my applications. I am at the second stage of application process.

It is always better to give them a detailed description of your duties, but not mandatory. I suggest that you study IMM EG7000 (instruction guide) before you start filling your applications.
