How long does it generaly take for application to process and decission made by immigration officer to make a decission after the appeal that was won? It's been 1 year and 3 months since the appeal and a bit over a year my wife left canada on a deportation order. Are there things the immigration officer waiting for before the decission? ARC , etc? Our immigration Lawyer doesn't seem to have any answers.
