Hi, I'm a senior at UofT, planning to attain PR status after I graduate, work, etc.
One thing is that I have my girl friend back in Korea, and we plan to get married sometime in the future as well.

We were planning either of these two plans, and due to various regulations the process and eligibility seem very complicated.
If any had similar experience or have knowledge on the matter please do share with me. I would appreciate it very much.

Plan 1. Get married next year (May-Aug, 2014) -> My girl friend attain visa as dependent spouse
I am graduating in May 2014, and will be eligible for PGWPP.

My question starts here. I have seen that the spouse would be valid to stay in Canada for the same period.

As I would only be able to physically be in Korea after my graduation, our marriage can only take place after May.
With such short time period of being married would she be eligible as my dependent?
Would there be a long process for her to attain the eligibility status?

Secondly, if she is able to stay with me with my PGWPP, would I still be eligible apply with the Canadian Experience Class?
I suppose eligibility of her being dependent is the deciding factor on both of the areas.

Plan 2 is for her to get a student Visa, but with all the registration fees for college, it would be a costly one.
Plan 3, I can go back to Korea (but do not want to obviously)

I would really appreciate any comment or experience from you guys.
Thank you

Plan 1.
As soon as you get married, she becomes your dependent.
she is eligible unless she is a criminal or threat to Canada.

yes you can apply for cec with pgwp, does not matter if she is in Korea or Canada.
