Dependents of PR Applicant

Hi, just wanna know when are we (dependents) going to send our passport and other docs to the immigration office if the main PR applicant has COPR already and passport has stamped “IMMIGRANT“ but still waiting for his schedule for landing appoinment?

We dependents are outside Canada while the main PR applicant works in Canada as Caregiver.
