The best way is to apply for family sponsorship once you get married. Since you are getting married in June, the best way is to start collecting the supporting documents required for family sponsorship and once you get married you can fill the forms and send the application. The current trend shows faster processing for spousal cases.
I am assuming that your fiance is getting PR.
It's up to you whether you want to get married first or he would like to land first.
If you get married before he lands, then he MUST inform CIC and add you in his application before his landing. CIC will process your file as well and issue a new COPR to both of you. He'll have to wait until then. If he does not declare you as his wife and lands, he will NEVER be able to sponsor you.
If you are getting married after he lands, then you can start the spousal sponsorship application as soon as you get married. You'll have to wait in your home country until you get COPR (unless you have/get a TRV to enter Canada or are from a visa exempt country).
You may also consider, that if you fiance lands now, he may not get his PR card by end of June. So if he returns to your home country for getting married, he will have to apply for a travel document to return to Canada (I am not sure what exactly it is called and the procedure for it).
