Dependant sponsorship

on my husbands application we filled out his daughter as a dependant but we mentioned that she will not be accompanying him but when the time comes what for does he fill out or how does he get her to come. What is the process? I know already of the custody issues and getting the mother to sign I just would like to know about the form or what does he do

I believe it will be a dependent child sponsorship under family sponsorship category. The process would be as detailed in:

In the first filter select dependent child only and as appropriate for other filters. The page provides all necessary information.
