I have paid my fees towards cegep college for September intake 2020. But due to lockdown I am unable to apply for CAQ. Also there are uncertainties in d release of the lockdown after 3rd May.
Will I be able to cover for CAQ and Visa for September?
Is it advisable to opt for September intake or should I defer it to January?
