As we have already discussed about my deffering samester. Yesterday i deposited the fee for deffer admission and the course adviser also send the request. Now i have to ask that when should i arrange the pickup courier service for it . i mean that in how much time the university will prepare the acceptance letter.

They will/should prepare letter in this week,if payment is received by them yesterday . whenever u will receive the email of new acceptance letter, ask the university that u will want to schedule a pickup, they will tell u the address and contact person name. Book a pickup by giving the address ,the contact person name and ur details to courier. The courier will give u booking number. Email the booking number and courier name to the university contact person.After pick it will take six to seven days to reach u..

Hey I am also willing to defer my admission from september to Jan, but I am facing a lot of problems paying the fee. I mean how should I go about it? The people in the bank say that I'd need a foreign currency account for it, while the money transfer companies say they won't handle such a small amount of money. Plus they said they can't pay it directly to a bank account. So now my question is .. how did you guys pay your deferral fee???

I know the rest of the process because last time i have done it. You mean i should wait for there email in this week or i should quickly arraange the pickup courier tommorrow. What u have done in ur case after depositing the deferal fee?

I waited for the email, in which new letter is attached.Then ask them that I want to pickup. If u schedule a pickup today and the courier person went there but no letter has been prepared, then it will complicate things...

What about online transfers? If a friend of mine pays through online transfer on my behalf, is that acceptable?

You should make a pay order, bank draft , demand draft of that amount . I will giving a telephone number they are making demand draft.
