Declaration from non accompanying parent guardian for minors

Hi,
I have a daughter from a previous marriage, which I have full custody (with proper documentation). Do I still need to have the form declaration from non-accompanying parent/guardian for minors immigrating to canada signed by her?

Hi

No, you do not need permission from the other parent when you have full legal custody.

I am in a similar situation. I haven't submitted my application yet because I've reached to this form. Please keep me posted if there is anything else that I may need for my application also. Thank you.
