If there are 2 lines:
Processing started on 19 Jan 2012
Processing started on 27 Jan 2012

Then it is apparent that it is a system error. Processing can never be started on 2 different dates. They must have posted someone else's status on your ecas by mistake.
Contact them by CSQ, you would come to know the truth.

did your status change to decision made straight away or

did it read like this

YOUR FILE WAS ReViewed AND WE STARTED PROCESSING ON SUCH DATE and Then came the decision made

Today after remaining "Inprocess" for several month the ecase changed to "Decision Made" and inside following two lines added straight away


"Your application was reviewed and we started processing on January 26, 2012.

A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision"

we reviewed your file and started processing on ***** date
Are through to the next stage

Otherwise they could have written decision made straight away as in the case of omerbm

Please correct me if I miss calculate

so its clear that if its not decision made after Inprocess without the processing date

the applicant and crossed the Hurdle of a possible rejection/decision made situation

Not necessary. Cases are rejected after "In Process" stage also. There can be many reasons, such as points <67, fraudulent documents, failure in background checks, inconsistencies in docs raising suspicion etc.
Decision made before In Process - The fee is refunded.
Decision made after In Process - The fee is not refunded

I did not read your thread man u wrote in that new place.

Sad to hear that chance are that buddy it is refusal.

I dont think you will get first stage fees if your case is refused

you will get only second stage fees if you sent them

My Point is

we are all Inprocess for months and months with RBVO Details

New developments was Inprocess changed to "we reviewed your file and started processing on this date"

while in some case who were in process for a long time the status changed to

{we reviewed your file and decision has been made"

My Point here is since there is a difference in terminology the chances of status change to decision made are Bleak

Me to got the same status update "DM" today from In-process without medical. A review of different thread reveals that they are quite few applicants from FSW1 who got status update to "DM" from In-process today.
