I'm curious about something. I applied for citizenship online and use the online tracker tool. It still says "Your citizenship application status: In progress" 11 days after my LPP was completed. Will it change to "decision made" or is "decision made" assumed to be the day LPP is completed in addition to background and the citizenship test?

For Online application, LPP Complete is equal to Decision made.
For paper application Decision made is a separate status that you see on ECAS tracker.
