Have any of you ordered GCMS notes after DM? I only did before DM (and that seemed to get me to DM 2 weeks later) and I'm thinking I should order them again. Don't know if they would shed any light on whether additional post-DM review is happening or if maybe the order will push someone to actually schedule oath for me. I'm thinking of ordering them when I pass 2 months post-DM.
Totally random. I called them twice and they said nothing is wrong with my file and that it's just a matter of waiting for the oath invite. Everything else has been completed and decision made
I actually have. His office sent a request to IRCC 2 weeks ago and I was told it usually takes 3 weeks. So, let's see what they come back with at the end of next week. Also, the guy at the MPs office told me that IRCC's new favorite justification to use for everything is the 27 month processing time. So, my puny 25 months are not enough to start bothering their royal highnesses at the IRCC
Note also that you can email your office (reply to the email address that sent your test invite) to ask for your oath date. That has gotten oath invite within a day for most people who have tried (everyone for Scarborough office and I think everyone in Niagara Falls except myself!!)
Not true, no everyone for Scarborough. I know at least few people who emailed and were told to wait. This includes myself, I got a reply to wait 3-4 months after DM to get schedule for Oath
But not Mississauga. They live on that crazy Interstellar planet where 1 hour is like 7 years...9 months between test and DM, now more than 2 months after DM and no oath date yet..
They probably still think it's 2020 there and they're doing amazing processing all these applications.

That is just outrageous! When did you get your Decision Made? You are well past the minimum wait time needed to file a Writ of Mandamus, which I think would be the fastest way to get your oath scheduled.

Test Completed: March 7, 2020
Decision Made: July 18, 2022
Meanwhile, my PR Card expired earlier this month. I sent a renewal application two months ago, which looks like they have lost it. Because Canada Post tracking says delivered, IRCC says we can't find it.
I am looking into Mandamus, but not sure how to proceed. If you have any info about Mandamus or Writ, please share so I can start that process. Thanks.
Well I just got DM recently like 3 weeks ago, but according to this forum the majority gets the oath scheduled within 3 weeks of DM. So I decided to email them and they replied that my file is in queue and will be scheduled in 3 to 4 months

At least your DM date was relatively recent. I would give it a month, then email your processing office (reply to the email address that the test came from), and if still no oath, consider Writ of Mandamus
