I got my e-cas status changed from "In Process" to "Decision made" today, but I when I click to see more details, my timeline shows the following:
1. We received your application for permanent residence on Nov. 16, 2015.
2. We started processing your application on Feb 3, 2016.
3. Medical results have been received.
Wasn't it supposed to show: "A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision." already?
I live in the USA and my Canadian sponsor lives in Quebec. From other post I believe I am suppose to receive an e-mail or something in the mail soon with final results and further information?
Anyone know how long it should take for more information on the decision made? Also, which home address will they send the final results to? My sponsors or me (the principal applicant).
Other people are seeing the same thing. At least in my case, it did mean that a decision had been made. If the summary says "Decision Made", that appears to mean that a decision has been made, even if the other line has not appeared in the summary. It seems that the next thing you should receive would be COPR, and I believe that would have to be sent to the Principal Applicant, i.e. the person being sponsored. I did not get an E-Mail, and it does not seem that others have, either, before COPR. You could try to confirm with the call centre; that worked for me, but another person got told they would not give out any information. Good luck, and congratulations!

Mine showed the same thing, I don't think it's changed yet. But I received CoPR today and it included an approval letter.
It showed DM on the 28th and ended up with CoPR just a few days after. They had actually approved me on the 25th but just didn't update ecas right away.
You'll get the information sent to your address though
